Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 November 2026
This is a working draft written for a service that is not yet live. Have it checked by a lawyer and a chartered accountant, and fill in the business name, registered address and GSTIN, before you accept any payment.
These terms are an agreement between you and StreamLivestic. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What the service does
StreamLivestic takes video files you upload and sends them, on a loop, to a live-streaming destination you nominate — normally YouTube Live — using a stream key you provide. The service runs on our servers so your own computer does not have to stay on.
We provide the delivery. We do not create, edit, review or own your content, and we do not control the platform you stream to.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password private.
- Give us accurate details and keep them up to date, so we can reach you about your stream.
- One account is for one person or one business. Do not resell access without a written agreement with us.
3. Your content and your rights
Your videos stay yours. You keep every right in them.
You give us a limited licence to store, transcode where needed, and transmit your files purely so we can run the stream you asked for. That licence exists only to deliver the service and ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You confirm that you own or have permission for everything you stream — footage, images, music, voices and any other element. If a rights holder, YouTube or any authority objects to your stream, that is your responsibility, not ours.
4. What you may not stream
The full list is in our DMCA & acceptable use policy, and it forms part of these terms. In short: nothing you lack the rights to, nothing illegal, nothing that would put our servers or our other customers at risk.
We may pause or stop a stream, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks that policy, breaks the rules of the platform you are streaming to, or exposes us to legal risk.
5. Stream keys
Your stream key gives access to your own channel. We store it encrypted, do not display it in full once saved, and do not keep it in our logs. Treat it as a password: do not share it, and reset it from your channel settings if you think it has been exposed.
6. Plans, payment and renewal
- Prices are shown on the site before you pay, in Indian rupees or US dollars.
- You can pay once for the period you choose, or switch on auto-renew. Auto-renew can be turned off at any time from your billing page, and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Indian payments are processed by our payment partner and support UPI, UPI AutoPay, cards and net banking. International payments are by card.
- Taxes, including GST where it applies, are charged as required by law.
- We may change prices. Existing paid periods are honoured at the price you paid; a change applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance.
7. Free trial
New accounts get one free 24-hour stream, with no card required. The trial is one per person or business. We may end a trial early if it is being used to get around a paid plan or breaks the acceptable use policy.
8. Refunds
Our refund policy sets out when you can get your money back. It forms part of these terms.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep streams up, monitor them and reconnect automatically when a connection drops. Even so, no streaming service is perfect: servers fail, networks break, and the platform you stream to has its own outages and rules. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by YouTube, your network, your files or events outside our control.
We may carry out maintenance. Where it is likely to affect streams, we will give notice where we reasonably can.
10. Storage limits
Each plan includes the storage shown on the pricing page. If you exceed it, we will ask you to free up space or move to a larger allowance. Content in a closed account may be deleted after 30 days.
11. No promises about results
We do not promise views, watch hours, subscribers, monetisation or any earnings. Platforms such as YouTube have their own rules on reused and repetitive content, and apply them at their own discretion. Keeping your channel in good standing is your responsibility.
12. Suspension and ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or is used in a way that harms the service or other customers. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
13. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost views, lost followers or damage to a channel.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of [city, state] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
